Ainsley Ballard

Co-President, Design Chair

Hello! My name is Ainsley Ballard. I am a senior at the University of Connecticut majoring in Marketing. 

This is my fourth year in TEDxUConn. As a child, I loved to watch TED Talks and even performed my own talk for an extracurricular project in 5th grade. That experience was extremely memorable experience for me, and I joined the club to allow others to speak about their passions.

I am a current TEDxUConn Co-President. Additionally, as the Design Chair of TEDxUConn, I oversee and execute the design of all conference logos, graphics, T-shirts, slideshows, and more. Since joining the organization at the start of my time at the University of Connecticut, I have worked on designs for our “The Art of Possibility” 2025, “All Hands On Deck” 2023, and “Mind The Gap” 2024 conferences. I am currently in the process of developing our 2026 conference theme “Onwards and Upwards!”
