Hi, my name is Megan Vacca and I am a sophomore at the University of Connecticut. I’m majoring in Marketing with a concentration in Digital Media and Analytics.

Although this is only my second year being a part of TEDxUConn, I already know that it is an organization I will contribute to each year here at UConn. I joined this organization because of my liking for listening and watching TEDTalks; therefore, being a part of the “behind the scenes” of these discussions is something I find exciting and intriguing.

For my part in the Social Media Outreach, the committee and I will work together in creating our posts and important messages for our social network pages, along with managing these accounts.
